Okay here is my meal plan today.

I will have at least 80 oz of water today. no exercise today though. this is all a predicition of what I will eat today and I will stick to it I hope. I do so much better when I plan what I am goig to eat for the entire day. I find I stick to it much much better!

well now my whole calorie thing is all messed up. chesterfields after months of letting me order off the childrens menu would not honor my card and let me order off of it. i was soooooooooo pissed. i dont care to ever go back to that place. so me and a friend split a loaded potato which i did not even eat half of my half. lol lol then our side was fruit and it had mold on it so we sent it back and low and behold if they did not bring us more fruit that you guessed it had mold on it also. lol lol oh well i am going to leave my calories the same just wanted to admit that i did not eat what i put down and tell you what i ended up having. have a good one everyone! oh yeah melissa it sure was great to see you today at lunch. I wish i would not have been in such a big group and I would have come over to gab with ya. lol lol me you and christine have got to go do the lunch thing one day.

So far today......
1 20 ounce sugar-free caffiene-free coffee drink (vanilla flavored) thingie from Starbucks
At Sam's:
1 Tbsp of green bean caserole.
1 bite of mesquite grilled chicken
1 bite spiral ham
1/3 Pillsbury cresent roll
1 pig in a blanket (It was a tiny bite sized one....8 makes one servign)
After Sam's
1 gorgeous clemintine
1 sugar free BANANA popsicle......
Supper will either be a baked potato with broccoli & cheese or a salad....

The rest of the day:
1/3 Wendy's BLT chicken salad with ranch dressing (Polly ate the chicken except for about 2 bites!)
1/2 string cheese (Polly ate the other half)
About 10 baked cheddar fries (Polly had some too)
1/3 slice sugar-free chocolate creme pie from Walmart - unless you like dark, bitter chocolate (Polly had none cause chocolate and dogs don't mix)
Is there WLS for little bitty FAT dogs?????
Breakfast--Sonic- 3 cheese poppers with the jalepenos W/ranch dressing
2 sips coke
Snack purple lollipop
Lunch at 2 PM about half cup Wendy's chili with sour cream and 2 saltines---madarin orange cup too--2 oz crystal lite
Snack- handful of cheese popcorn
Tonight we are going to a buffet so I hope to get some veggies. I still cannot do meats. This will be around 9 PM. Until then drink drink drink.

L: Yukis Japanese Steakhouse- 1 oz Grilled chicken, 1 oz fried rice, 2 bites of egg drop soup, 2 glasses of unsweet tea with sweet & Low
S: beef/onion dip with sociable crackers
D: home made pizza with grilled chicken (left over from lunch), cheese and mushrooms
I have had 42 oz of water and about 20 oz of unsweet tea. I am proud of my fluid intake, that is really good for me.
