nachos belgrande--about 9 chips with good stuff on it
1 small lollipop
4 pieces of hard candy-not sugar free
Ok I am confessing. I am not eating healthy or getting in protein. Since the storm I am doing lousy and not drinking my protein. Please pray I will start back because I know this is so important. I am aware so I guess that is something. I eat a lot of olives, pickles, cucmbers. I crave that. I do feel better with my stomach I am feeling more hungry now. I still do a lot of broth and liquor from soups and veggies though. Just listen to my confession. I am proud all of you are doing so well. I lurk alot and do admire you. I will get it together. Yesterday I bought a top and it is a 16. Can't believe it!

I used to love to do this too, it kept me on my toes with my eating habits.
B: A banana
S: dip with sociables (about 6 crackers with that beef/onion dip)
L: baked chicken leg, sweet potato with butter, two bites of a roll
S: 2 SF chocolate chip cookies

S: fruit of some type
I don't know all my calories and stuff, but this is all I have had. As far as drinking, 12 oz this morning with my vitamins, and medicines. 20 oz of water at lunch, and am working on a 12 oz glass right now. So far that is 44 oz. I will try to have another 12 oz or so with dinner and one before I go to bed. Uggghhh I hate water.. Oh yeah, and I had an 8 oz cup of coffee this morning at work, which is very unusual for me, I don't drink coffee, unless I am very groggy and boy was I ever this morning. I have not been to work in a week due to having a nasty virus and it was hard to go this morning.

Well, normally I have my days planned out to the last bite, but my MIL is staying with us this week or actually 1-1/2 total by the time she leaves. I have cooked and planned until I can't anymore. So we are heading to Chesterfield's for dinner tonight. Will probably have fish, but not sure just yet.

Hey girl... I do need to get back into that habit. Its been awhile and with so much going on. I need to get back into it. I will post tonights when yall do it tonight.
The 1200 is really if you arent exercising either. If you are eating 1200 calories and then burning an additional 300 at the gym then you are okay eating 1500 cals. I know you are still gymming so you should be okay.
Hey, cool, thanks Denise..wish I had of known earlier...probably will miss something and see that I am snacking too much today, but did get on the treadmill, punch punching bag, will do some crunches and floor exercises later..is there a site for looking up how many calories are in what?

I am trying to just have a protein shake tonight, and water and NOTHING ELSE as I had the soup about 4:15.....I have had 32 ounces water and working on another one this afternoon.
Total calories: About 1,470 if I'm counting right so far, plus about another 150 for the protein shake, so 1620 by tonight (if I do not snack anymore).
I hope this will help make us all acountable for what goes in our mouths! Made me stop somewhat after I saw the post.....thanks so much. Here's to a healtier tomorrow....

About 850 calories, I think........ Doctor said to keep it around 500 per day to lose......
I am guessing at the calories, I usually try to limit my intake to about 6 oz on food, size of 2 decks of cards more or less for each meal.....
i HATE doing this!!! Makes me too accountable!!!!!
Breakfast*: none
Lunch*: 1 slice (40 calorie) whole wheat bread
about 1/4 cup tunafish - enough to cover the slice of bread really good.
Supper: 6 crackers and about 2/3 cup of chicken noodle soup - homemade
Snack thru out the day: baby carrots (raw) with about 2 TBSPS of ranch dip and twice I had about 1/2 cup of the broth from the chicken noodle soup.
Lots and lots of kool-aid.....
* Actually, I don't have breakfast and lunch, I have more of a brunch. Yesterday my first meal was around 11 am. I get up and start drinking. The earlier I drink, the more I drink and the less I eat.....and I wake up EXTREMELY thirsty!!! (of course, tho, first thing in the am I tickle until my lips crackle!!!!)
