What I ate today!
Okay so Christine used to do this and no one really responded that much she knew how much it helped her and I agree so I am going to start it up again. although I have not finished my day out I have already made my entire menu and have calculated the totals so here goes:
breakfast

Now at lunch i did not finish everything but left my totals the same that way if I missed calculating something I wont be off by much so here is my grand totals:
total calories= 1255
fat = 59
carbs = 114
protein = 75
k so by the info that Christine posted to me to continue to lose weight you are suppose to get cal=1200
fat= 50
carb= 120
protein = 60
I dont feel I have done too bad. Plus I have already drank 40 oz of water and will down another 40 before bed. plus the coffee boy I will be floating.

Thank God somebody started this again, thanks Denise i love doing this it realy helps me to put it all out there for yall to critique! So i'm assumeing that this is for yesterday cause i aint done at 200 pm ! LOL

S~4 fritos with spinich dip on then not a clue at the cals i just know that this was a bad choice!
L~lean cuisine chicken in peanut sauce YUM 280cal yhea i ate the whole thing except for 4 bites that the twins stole!!
S~4 sugar free cookies 150cals
D~small salad from salad bar at siciliys and 1/2 a chicken baked chicken thigh and 1 meatball and about 4 noodles.
I drank 2 liters of water and 1 large glass of unsweet tea today!

Hey dawn,
Glad someone else thinks this is a great idea. Mine was from today and I have deciede to go ahead and plan my food out for the whole day that way I dont have to think of what I am going to eat and I know what my calories are. So this was today menu for me although I have not finished my day out. I just figured if I did not eat something or did not eat all of something no big deal I prob mis figured on some of the figures anyway. Better to be safe than sorry. I also write them down in a note pad. lol lol Oh well I hope I can keep it up.

You had FOUR fritos.... Thats not awful! I would have eaten the whole bag before. Dont sweat it girl. I dont think you had that much. Actually it looks fine.
You are doing good. I know you are disappointed about your weight loss thus far but it will kick into gear. You are doing fine. We all get off track at times - we just get back on track and it looks like you did...

thanks Christine, i wanted to eat the whole bag an i could have ate it i had to stop myself! NOW, when do you think that wt loss will kick back in? lol Im sick of waiting and watching everybody else lose and me stay fat! GRRRRRRR Sara and I joined Curves this week and have been the past 3 days hopefully that will kick in something, my tail is in pain thats for sure!

I did not eat a corn dog! Yeaaah me! But guess who I did see eating a hot dog. Twinkie Number Two JOY!!! She looks great. I told her we miss her posting on the board. She said her computer is still down from Katrina. She said to tell everyone Hello!!!
As for supper, I ate broccoli cheese soup from Quiznos.
