Can one of you once again post the calorie, fat and carbs list that ya'll once did. I promise I am going to print that thing out this time. I am starting a food log today and writing down everything and i do mean EVERYTHING I put into my mouth. I think Christine had a list that had what to have to continue to lose weight and then what to have to maintain or something like that. I sure appreciate it!
