NEW CANDY FOUND

Thanks for asking Kimberly, but the news isn't good i'm not loosing anymore haven't in almost 2 months now i guess im done and i've only lost 63lbs still at 205!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not on here much as i'm so freaking ashamed of myself. I did start curves this week thanks to my good friend Sara here, so i do hope that will help kick start the wt loss again. I haven't been drinking my water or taking my vitimans i'm going to force these down from now on! I also eat to much and the wrong things at that. I woke up this moring and had a protein shake and i'm starting my food journal back today. YHEA, i do realize that i'm putting myself out here telling this stuff and i"m prepaired to be flamed , but hey if that's what it takes to get me on track then i'll take it like a big girl!! I never thought when I went in to this that i would be the one that screwed up this, i'm usually OCD with anything i do, i was worried that i might loose too much,HAHA ! I was crying to my husband about this just last night and he got very angry at me , and told me to throw those freakin scales in the trash , he said that i looked great and not let the scales be my judge! I was able to squeese into a size 12 jeans at old navy yesterday , that down from a skin thight 20 ain't to bad i guess.Its just very frustrating to see everybody , loosing so much more than me, and YES i know its my own fault! I bet your sorry you ask now, after this ear full!! LOL fat tail DAWN!!!
