I made the chicken chili. I didn't think about posting the recipe since I had posted it before, but I forget we have new people join us on here every day who may have missed it. So I will surely post it again for you. I am glad you enjoyed it. I love it myself and make it quite often since it is so easy. 2 boxes Tyson frozen diced chicken breast 2 cans great northern white beans 1 can rotel 1 can savory sensations santa fe corn (can sub mexicorn if can't find this) 1 packet white chicken chili seasoning (McKormicks) Dump all ingredients into the crock pot and add some water and let it cook. When serving, crumble lite tortilla chips or fritos in bottom of the bowl. And top with lite sour cream and shredded cheese. It is so good this time of year when it starts getting cold. Enjoy, Melissa

I would not bother to learn how to make it if I were you, with her living so close, she will probably have you over for some or make it for you, yum...she is so very generous!

She will eventually make me learn to cook. She is a really good cook and its all very healthy food and it tastes good so why mess up a good thing. I cant make it taste good and be healthy. Besides, when she feeds me - she doesnt have to wash dishes!
