Bears point of view

Hey everyone I know I havent been a major poster on the board as of late. I am hoping that it will get better soon. I am also hoping that ALL the bashing of folks can end. This board has meant somuch to me since Donna L told me about it. I have came here for prayers and support and usually found it. I think that it is a great support board. The key word there is SUPPORT. I really believe that this board can help so many folks. But it should also be here for fun. The bashing and name calling is not needed. We can all post our thoughts without resorting to 7th grade games I do believe. The Bash in Morton was a blast. I had a great time. Even if noone knew who I was when I came in lol. It was so good to see all of you again. I am sorry I didn't get to talk to all of you as much as I wanted to. I tried I really did. But I do have all of you on film in my camera and in my video cam. I cant wait to see you all again soon. Barry

Amen Bear !!! Hey.. about the video tape.. if you decide to publi**** please edit out the part where I'm staring at Christine during the pageant.. She was so purty I was so fascinated... don't want no rumors starting hehehe Just Kiddin!!!! If you have plans on possibly getting us a copy made, let me know how much you want for your time/ effort/ material, I'll gladly send u some money if you can make me a copy, because I don't know if I'll be around MS much longer and I'd love to have something to remember everyone by!! Andie, You know how to start someones day out right! Haha... Thats funny! I got cold feet before I came out. I am really really shy believe it or not so that was a big deal for me. Haha... We are all praying you wont have to move away.. But if you do - still come visit us on the board. Christine

Well ya know girl.. I'm just so jealous of you!!! Hehehe. I remember when you had your surgery and then you hit a plateau and all that and then u passed me right up and got to goal!!! And I still got 20 more of those pesky yoyo- pounds and I'm struggling with it knowing I'll only get them off by starting to really work out every day religiously I'm not complaining. I feel better than I have ever felt, and I'm not unhappy with my loss . Don't get me wrong. If I never lose another pound I will not complain and I still consider my surgery a success, yet when I saw your skinny butt in that gorgeous dress I was just kinda forgetting to breathe LOL yeah !!! I bet you'll get over that shyness soon. I used to be shy.. loooooooong time ago. Being "normal" now makes it easy to come out of your shell, even though I've never been scared of being in front of crowds, it is even better when they don't gawk and look at you funny, but only look at you and listen to you ~ Jealous Nelly ~

You are just a wonderful wonderful person with a lovely family. You are so supportive all the time and I really appreciate it. And WOW, what a difference in your before pics and now. Keep up the good work.

Hey Bear... I would like a copy of the bash tape too if you decided to do that. I will even send you money for the tape and your time. I had so much fun in Morton. I am so glad you all came.

I could not agree more. This site has really changed, some days I don't even come on here, whereas I used to live on this thing all day. It is supposed to be for support and for fun, not for name calling and hatefulness. Things really have been getting out of hand. I wish that when someone has a problem with someone else they would just handle it through email and not bother everyone else with it. I have had one disagreement on this board, and we talked it out through email and no one else had to get involved. I just really don't understand why things must be stirred up and get so ugly. If you don't like someone, just don't respond to there posts, steer clear of them. Anyway, back to a positive note... If you would let us all know how much you would charge to put the video from Morton and the video from Hattiesburg together onto one tape/DVD, I am sure that many of us would gladly pay you for it. I would love to have one, as I don't have any of my Hattiesburg pictures other than the ones on my profile. That stupid hurricane took a lot of my pictures, even my before pictures that I had taken. It was great to see you, and you look GREAT.. Keep up the good work! Next time we really won't recognize you.... P.S. I knew who you were.... I just called you Bob Marley because of the wig.. Bear I agree with you. This site works alot better as a support system. Will you tell your good friend Donna Looser to stop emailing me ? She has emailed me 3 times today trying to start stuff. I spoke my peace & let it go. She keeps dragging it around like a dead cat. Thanks Bear, Tammy
