You both looked wonderful. I am still laughing at our "show and tell session" with the girls . I can not believe I was so bold. But once one has any surgery or a baby the shyness is out the window. I agree, our shyness is out the window. Before surgery, none of us would have been in the bathroom stripping down in front of everyone else to put on evening wear or anything else for that matter. Didn't seem to bother us this time. We should all be proud of our bodies compared to where we came from we look so good! I am very proud of how far I have came in the past 8 months. Today is my 8 month anniversary. I have lost 110 pounds. I would do the surgery over and over and over again even with the complications I had in the beginning to get to where I am right now. My husband took me shopping on the way home on Sunday, and I can wear a size 6 now, I have not worn a size 6 in 15 years. Becky, send me those addresses and things too. I have to get my Christmas card list updated! Love you all... time to start planning a Spring Bash!! Rhonda

Well, happy anniversary to you. Eight months out and already so small. That is great. It is amazing what this surgery can do. I would definitely do it all over again myself. It was worth the little bit of transition in the beginning to get where I am now. I am happy, healthy and feel good. You have a birthday this week too. Tomorrow to be exact. So Happy Birthday to you a day early just in case my day is so hectic tomorrow I don't get a chance to tell you. I wish you many more. Melissa

Isn't it funny how we are all camera hogs now? Before I would actually get mad, I mean ragging mad if someone pointed a camera of any kind toward me.. But, now I am like.. take my pic, take my pic When I see my daughters, I am always asking if they brought their digital cameras over. lol Also, My Pooh (dh) & I are going to have Christmas pics made. I can't wait.. I don't know if I want to wear my beautiful bright red dress that Jo Ann Brown gave me, or go casual in what I had on at the Bash. Black outfit.. Hmm.. I've considered having 2 sets of pics made.. LoL.. too funny. I had a great time at the bash, tks for all the hard work that each of you put in it. I love you all, and hubby loves to be able to eat and eat and eat, and lose.. lol..he had been gaining...and after the bash, he thought for sure the scales would go up again, but he actually lost 5 lbs that wk Pls add me to the list that wants (NEEDS) all the address too. Hi Glenda ! I just wanted to let you know that it was SO cool of you to give all of us who are still in need of the plastics the insight on what gets done and all. I wanna do it but at this time I'm still pretty hesitant. I think two surgeries in two years were enough for me for a while. I want to get to goal and maybe a little lower before getting it done and then I don't even know if I can afford it LOL It was great of you to share with us though!! THANK YOU!!! Well, I just had to see a "no belly-buttoner'!!!! I'd never seen one before!!! And I lost ALL possiblities of shyness about 21 1/2 years ago after being in labor for 38 hours, having a c-seciton and an infection due to what one doc said was , "everybody short of God having their hands up you in the last 2 days"!!! Someday I will be in the bathroom stripping just like you and Becky and showing my new ninnies and tummy tuck!!!!!OOPS TMI for some of the guys!!!!!
