New Measurements and Oxford (2 subjects for the price of 1)
Hi everyone,
I know everyone had a good time at the bash. So sorry I had to miss, but I spent the day in the ER with hives.
So I guess it's a good thing I didn't go.
Is anyone going to the support meeting in Oxford tomorrow night? I'm going to try to make it.
My daughter measured me today and I've lost a total of 24.25" in a month!!!
(If you want more details, they'll be on my profile.) I'm really getting burned out on the liquid diet. I'm having a hard time getting enough down. Can't wait to go to the doctor Thursday. Hopefully, he'll let me eat something else. Anyway, I needed the good news about the inches lost. I was getting a little discouraged. Now, I'm pumped again.
Anyway, gotta go.

Congrats on your success. It is very important to measure yourself at least once a month, you will have periods to where you may not lose any actual weight, but you will still lose the inches and that will help you not get depressed about the scale being stuck. You are definitely off to a good start, keep up the good work. The liquid diet is the hardest part, you just urn for something of substance. The first thing you eat will taste so wonderful no matter what it is.
Best of luck with your journey to the new you.
