Here's my two! VEGGIES Go to Sam's and buy veggies and ranch dip. Put them on a serving dish and put the dip beside them!!!!! This is a real tough and technical recipe and I am sure that I am the only one that has the talent to put it together just so!!! BBQ chicken legs Skin chicken legs. Spray tin-foil lined pan with pam. Place chicken legs on pan. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Cook at 350 degrees until juices run clear. Put a layer of chicken and BBQ sauce in your crockpot and repeat layers until all chicken is layered and covered with bbq. Refrigerate over night. Take to the bash and plug in crockpot and turn it to low.

I LUV you guys....That cheesecake stuff was SOOO GOOD, thanks for recipe. I want e-body's recipes too... In case anybody wanted to know. The meatballs were just: Italian meatballs (from Walmart) John Boy and Billy sauce, sweet and mild (they have a spicy that is very spicy), also from Walmart. Desert trifle (layer in order) angle food cake, strawberries, blueberries (or kiwi, or any fruits you think look pretty), cool whip (light), add another layer of all, ending with cool whip...and yur dun. Can use sugar free angle food cake and, do they make sf cool whip? Arlies, I'm not sure I understood about the veggie thing, way too complicated for me..........LOL.

Weather is good, warm one day, cool the next but not raining. Fall is the best time in HK for sure! Go to this link http://www.splenda.com They have wonderful recipes for both the splenda granular (regular) and the splenda with sugar too. I found a lot of yummy stuff on that site. One girl from the mail board mailed me her mini quiche recipe. Just a basic quiche recipe but you can make small ones to freeze and then just thaw what you can eat. I know that food is sooo boring, for me too. I had a wonderful salad today, turkey and apple with a little mayo and green salad with balsamic dressing, Great! Cheryl
