Sara, I know this is a long drive for you guys... but my surgeon is covered by Tricare. If you don't mind driving to New Orleans ( across the causeway and then over to the westbank, about a 3 hr drive one way ) you can probably get him to see you if it's something important. By the way I'm fine. I just haven't had sufficient online time to get on and post yet. I'll catch up with everyone as soon as I get back home and get my internet connection back. Using Dial-Up right now and I don't want to impose on my inlaws by tying up their phoneline for hours at a time Take care girl.. and I'll hopefully see u next week. ~Andie~

I just called Oschner's Baratiac Clinic located in Oschner's hospital on Jeff Hwy and they are up and running. You can call to see if they will accept Tricare, I think that they will accept most insurances. Dr. Kennedy (female) is really great! Good listener and interested in what is going on with you.......

I was told that they will start seeing patients in the surgery clinic again soon. You could always go and be seen in family practice and just get your normal bloodwork done. Family practice is located in the dental clinic at the end of Fisher Road. You can do a walk in. Hope this helps some. Try some of the bariatric doctors in Hattiesburg, that is not too far to drive. Love, Rhonda
