How to ???? please help

How do I post a new photo by my name? Do I need to email it to OH? I tried what I thought was right and erased some photos on my profile instead!!!!!! Yikes!

Cheryl, you email [email protected] to add a new photo to your message posts. You have to include your user name with it also. It takes them about a week to get it up. Sue 273/261/197/150
