Yes, it definately takes a little time for your body to "adjust". I am two years out from surgery. I remember at about 2 to 3 months out from surgery, for about a month I would be feeling okay, eat something, then have to go to the bathroom (dumping syndrome I guess) and when my bowels moved, I would have to throw up too. It just kind of stopped on its own, lasted about a month.. Guess, I'm trying to say that strange things happen to our bodies during the first few months at different times. Of course, if you EVER think something is wrong, do not second guess, call your doctor. Just take things slow and take care of yourself. DeAnna.

Are you sipping on water, or getting enough in? should be constantly doing this. I carried around a water bottle at all times especially during the first months.. Somehow that seemed easy the first few weeks, then harder as I added more food. Not getting enough water can leave you nauseated also. D.

30 pounds in 33 days who would have thought. You are doing great. Give the eating a little time. Everybody is different and responds different to what they eat. I hope this gets better for you. I am looking forward to meeting you at the picnic. Becky
