they still have not sent my insurance info.

Hello gang; I talked with my insurance co today and they at dr. clevelands office aka Jennie and Sandra have not sent my information off. I am at a lose. What do I do now. I called again today and they said they would pull my file and see what is going on. I really don't know what to do. My insurance said once they got the information that it would be approved and they would pay for it. Why would they not send the stuff off. knowing this. thanks for listing. just needed to vent. it has been a long two weeks. Stephanie

Stephanie - I am so sorry you are having such a hard time with this. I wish there was something I could do to help you... You need to stay positive and just keep calling them until the papers have finally been filed! Marci

Hey girl; I got a phone call or message when I got home from Jennie and she faxed the information on Sept. 27th so it probably has not got to the right person at the insurance co yet. At least I know that it was faxed and the ball is rolling VERY slowly. Steph

Stephanie, I also had that problem....but it wasn't a problem after all. Yes, they've probably sent it, but insurance company's take a little while to "file" or send it to the right place, etc. Jeanie actually faxed it more than once to my insurance company (I could have had 2 surgeries LOL) Anyway - Just giving you a heads up on that. My insurance company said I'd have an answer in 10 days - well, that was 10 days AFTER the 2 week "where's my paperwork" ordeal. I can almost promise you it's the insurance company. Hang in there - it'll happen! Another heads up... they are preparing to move into the new office this week and may not be able to be reached unless it's an emergency. (yes I know it's an emergency - LOL - but don't get discouraged ok?) BIG OL HUGS!! Kimberly
