Everyone experiences plateaus periodically. This is your body adjusting to your level of intake and output. Don't be surprised to see it again. However, most of the time when you reach a plateau in weight loss, you should still be losing inches.
Don't weigh everyday. Pick a day of the week and weigh on that day each week. This gives you a better feel of where you are. Whether a person has surgery or not, his/her weight changes everyday.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am DEFINATELY scale obsessed! I can't break the habit. Seems I've replaced one bad habit with another! LOL I was expecting the plateau - and took it in stride - but boy does it feel GREAT to see the scale moving again!
You are right about the inches. Even though I was at a "stall", I was getting into smaller clothes the entire time. So I definately lost a few inches over the past 2 weeks. YIPEE!
I'll be in the office on Wednesday, will y'all be at the new place yet? Think I read it was moved back again. So - where - Hospital? or New Office?
