You can take the tylenol. But you just have to stay away from ibuprofen (advil), naproxen (aleve), and aspirin. I took tylenol pm. I had to use the liquid kind for a while because I was not allowed to swallow pills for a while. Melissa

I am much further out from surgery, but I take tylenol pm every night to help me sleep. I have like insomnia or something. My mind will not shut down and I can't sleep without it. I hope you are doing well. Each day will get better! Rhonda

I agree that it is o.k. to take any Tylenol product but personally, I would take a liquid form of Tylenol. Also, I would consult with my Physician to make sure that this is medically o.k. Remember Fredrica, you are only 3 wks out and you are still in the healing process. Take care and hope to hear you are feeling better in a few days. Your neighbor, Beth
