Tams, Write a letter to the administrator of the hospital and a copy to Dr.S. Leave it for 24 hrs and reread it. If you still feel the same mail them!! Nan you need to do the same. If nobody complains nothing gets done!!!!!!!!!!! Tomanip

I'm gonna have to go back and find Tam's post where she told all this, but I KNOW it was horrid for her. No pain meds until she had been in her room - I think about 45 minutes- no sheets changed, no bath, no gown change.....it's pitiful....I thank God that I had the option to go to Keesler. Even with wonderful care, I honestly did chant "Tomorrow it will be a little bit better....Tomorrow it will be a little bit better....Kristi (from Meridian) BETTER be right. it BETTER be a little bit better tomorrow." Now, I am almost 9 months out. And I would do it again in a heart beat - including the crying jags, the pain, the nausea (and I hate to ) BUT it would have to be at Keesler. I FULLY regretted my surgery from the moment I came to afterwards until a couple of weeks later. Then there were days off and on that I regretted it. Now, I don't regret it at all. I thought it was rougher than my C-section with Jon. Jim says it was just about as bad - I guess 21 years after the surgery, my memory is fogged!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CAPABLE, VOCAL PERSON WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES IN THE HOSPITAL UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THE HOSPITAL IS OVERSTAFFED!!!!! AND IF ANYONE IS HAVING SURGERY IN THE JACKSON AREA AND NEEDS SOMEONE TO STAY WITH THEM, LET ME KNOW. I WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO BE THERE FOR YOU!!!!!!!! Smoochies Arlies
