Ate Today? Roll Call!!!!

What did you eat today???? I think that this helps us all to get new ideas for things we can eat...... It really helps me to read what you all are cooking and eating!!!!!!!! I'll start Breakfast- Scrambled Egg 2 small, coffee with Splenda Lunch-2 oz of meatloaf, 2 oz of green beans Beverly Hills peanut protein bar(bad) ate it with lunch.... 2 hard candies Fifty/50 sugar free Dinner- 2 ounces of soyed chicken, 2 ounces of yellow rice, iced tea with Splenda Snack-diet chips from Quaker (bad I know)

I ate too much.....bad me.....I bin snackish alot lately....Come kick me and make me mind!!!! Through out morning - part of a souped up decaf coffee at UMC that I shared with my new boyfriend LeeJay..... 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 cinnamon and butter flavored pork skin notice only one About 2 cups of white cheddar popcorn Lunch: 1 very, very small slice pepperoni pizza thin crust and 1 breadstick Supper: 1/2 cup of chilli with 4 or 5 saltines. snacks: about 1 or 2 cups popcorn - white cheddar also about 1/2 cup no sugar added vanilla Breyer's ice cream. I really need to leave off the popcorn and ice cream - even if it is only 80 calories per 1/2 cup....I could've had some cheese or something good!!! And that tiny piece of pizza was really nasty. I bin bad.....

Actually, your day did not sound to bad at all. I'm not even going to start with what all I ate today. Been gaining weight lately, but could use some encouragement!

B small omelet and 1/4 of a biscuit S 1/2 serving of pretzels with 1 tbs peanut butter L grilled chicken salad with Itlaian dressing S 1 slice cheese D grilled chicken salad with ranch S a few M&M's (bad) and small piece of my sugar free lemon cake Exercise: jumped on my exercise trampoline while watching television Melissa Lap Rny 1/15/04 277/136 -141 pounds

You are such a good girl!! Let's see... Yesterday I had.... B- Cinnamon Toast Crunch made with Splenda with Lactaid S- Banana L- Some kind of fish with lots of lemon, a couple bites of mashed potatoes, a few bites of chicken & dumplings, one bite of peach cobbler S- banana sandwich (one piece of bread, half banana with mayo) D- Cup of Chili (homemade) Rhonda Lap RNY 03/01/05 240/139/125 -101 pounds (WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!)
