Bears update.

Well as of yesterday I am officially 150 lbs lost since surgery and 171 lost since this time last year. I was so happy to see the numbers that I saw. I am well on my way to being the lil bear I know I can be. LOL I have lost between 8- 10 inches since march around my waist which to me means alot. But the thing I love is that my double chin is gone and for some reason I dont have any baggy skin in its place. Dr C. Told me that I was doing very well and that I should not expect this weight loss to continue this fast, which I know but aint it nice while it does lol. Sorry I havent been on the boards much I have been trying to help with cleanup on the coast for the last few weeks. I grew up there so I knew some folks that really needed help cleaning up and regrouping so I did what I could( which wasnt much) but at least I was able to help now where before surgery there would have been no way at all for me to. So this surgery is affecting more folks than just me since I have had it and it is great. have a great day and talk to you all soon. Barry -150 lbs 03-14-05

Well, as one of my Sissie's told me, she can tell I am loosing weight becuase my double-chins are turning into "wattles" just like hers!!!!!!!
