I would have to lose 8 more pounds to be at 100% gone.

I need to lose 2 more pounds to be at 100%. And I have actually been 2 pounds below that but my body likes 136 really well and wants to stay there which is fine with me. I wear a size 6 and don't want to be smaller than that. John says I am scrawny now. So I will just be happy with my 98%. You should be very happy with yours. How do you calculate the percent gone? I weighed this a.m. and was very happy. The scales say 140!!!!! This means that I have lost 251 pounds since my gastic bypass. I still have some swelling from surgery this August. RNY 02-02-04 was 391/ now 140/future??? Hard to believe. I AM LOVING IT. GLENDA

Girl, It dont matter how much excess weight is gone from you. You have done amazing. Glenda, you have lost 251 pounds?!?!?! TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE POUNDS. That is grand! That was me + 15 pounds right before surgery.
