Seminar

Hey all my Mississippi friends!! Dr Byars from Oxford, is having a seminar Oct 11th at 7p at the Comfort Inn in Southaven. They called and asked me to speak at it since I have done so well, I told them I would. Don't know what the heck to say but guess I will think of something. Anyone with any suggestions, please feel free to let me know. I just posted my pic also. This one is of me 6 weeks out and about 50 pounds lighter. I feel so much better and know it can only get better. Well, I best sign off. I just got back from a quick trip to Illinois to see my momma and I am really beat physically and emotionally. Hey Judy - so glad to finally be able to put a face with the name! I can not believe you have lost 50 pounds already... Way to go girl! I want so desperately to come see you at the seminar on Oct. 11th but my husband said that Southaven is about a three hour drive and he didn't think it was a good idea to drive that far by myself at night on a weekday (party pooper!). If it were on a weekend - I would be there in a heartbeat! I will be thinking of you even though I won't be there, I know you will do great! Just tell them about your experiences and you will do fine! Marci

Hi neighbor!!! Good to see somebody local here. It's awesome that you're doing that well. I think most people would like to here what the hardest part for you was. And maybe let them ask you questions. I don't think I would know what to say going in myself and would just like to hear what everyone there was concerned with.
