im back, what did i miss?

well happy late B-days girls !!! Oh how are you doing , i see that you have lost 53 lbs and are below........way below 200 GRRRRRRRRRRRR im jelious i cant get below 200 for nothing GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! Im at 2 0 stinkin 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And have been for 3weeks............ well except for when i gained 3 lbs when i was at my moms but thats gone now. Im doing so good today i hope im tail is back in track i hope it last and i stay away from the chips and sweets.......... yhea thats right floks i said it sweets i have been inhailing them and they are real sugar i dont seem to mind the little bit of dumping that i get , i do mind gaining wt though so those sweets and crappy good for nothing carbs are history!!! I had to come clean i feel better now , hehe! or maybe its the pure protein that im eatting today thats got me feeling good !! DAWN

Hey Dawn, I'm so glad your back. I went by your moms house one day but didn't see any vehichles so of course I didn't stop. I know what you mean about getting off track. When we were out of power I ate like crap and ate too close together cause I couldn't find nothing to feel me up. Now I am still eating crappy I am trying to get back on track. I guess it will just take a little while. I too need a good swift kick in the butt. I have been eating why too much "sf" sweets. It's like i'm addicted to that and chex mix. I think its the salt in the chex mix. Anyway I'm just curious are ya'll in a house or a mobile home or what. I'm just being nosey as to what is going on down there. Where you able to save anything? If I can help you in anykind of way please let me know. I am glad things are getting back to normal the board has been kinda slow the past few weeks. I guess its time we all get geered up for the picnic it will be here before we know it. Talk to you later Becky

well durn i hate i missed getting a visit from you, that would have made my day!! I was probably at walmart!!! I've been VERY BLESSED,girl im in a very nice big house in Long Beach(im in this until donnie gets transfred , its a coast guard lease i dont have to write the rent check, thank goodness) it doesnt have any damage to speek of, unlike the little crappy house in ocean springs that i was in , i was able to salvage some of my things so im much better off than alot of my friends and nieghbors. My life is deffinatly getting back in working order, so i have no more excuses for not eatting right. dawn
