insurance info not sent

Boy I am smokin mad right now. I got a call during the week of Katrina about an EKG. I faxed it to Jennie on Sept. 2. I called today to see about my stuff and to see if they had heard back from the insurance co. She has NOT sent my stuff off. Sept. 2 was the last day of my 45 day period. I called on Sept. 2 and talked with Sandra and she had my EKG. I will have to stay up tomorrow and call and try and talk to Jennie about getting the information to the insurance co. If I have to start over again I am really going to get angry. If the fax went straight to her desk WHY did she not get it. thanks for listening. just needed to vent. all this time I thought things were great. Stephanie

Thanks. I called this morning and Jennie is on vacation and Sandra doesn't know anything except can you fax it again. That is really agrevating.

Steph, Lets start a club called the "Ticked Off Club" You and I can be charter members. I'm sure there are plenty of others who could join us!! Call your insurance company and complain Honey. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, don't be ugly just firm. You want it done, you did your part, the office didn't do their part. Give them dates and names! When do you see the surgeon again? Make sure he knows the facts, he needs to get his office in line. Tomanip

Girl; Thanks, I called the office and of course got the run around. I was a Jet mechanic. If I did my job that way I would get fired due to a plane crashing. It is totally wrong. I will try the insurance co though. Steph

THIS IS NOT REALLY ABOUT YOUR FAX BUT MINE, DO YOU REMEMBER I WROTE ABOUT A WEEK AGO SAYING MY INSURANCE WANTS A 12 MONTH THING? WELL I CALLED SANDRA ALSO AND WAS TOLD TO FAX A COPY TO JENNIE ALSO AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HER. I AM NOW WONDERING IF SOMETHING IS GOING ON WITH THE FAX.
