Hey girls, Go**** was great to see you two yesterday. You both look great! Melissa happy belated birthday. I hope you had a great one! Christine I meant what I said your hair is beautiful. I love it!!!! Sorry I did not make the meeting. It is just so hard with working out and Wally being home now. I know I just need to make better arrangements. We worked out until almost 7pm last night. I was so proud of myself. We go every night during the week. We work arms, crunches and cardio mon, wed and friday and work legs and cardio on tues and thursday. I think I almost killed myself last night. lol lol But gosh I feel so much better after I work out. I promise cross my heart I will not miss anymore meetings. I have to get my routine better with working out and him home at nights anyway. The hurricane threw everything off to since I was off for two weeks. Thank goodness I am back on the work routine better. lol lol I hope you two can come back to the h'burg Y again. Maybe we can all work out together. I am finally up to about 15 min on the eliptical. I am very proud of that. lol lol I WILL CONCURE that one., lol lol Well hope to see you two later. Love ya Denise

It was good to see you too. I am sorry we didn't get to talk for longer, but we had to run and get something to eat before the meeting. And were of course running late as usual LOL. There were not very many at the meeting last night. There was only 11 or 12 of us total, I think. I hope next month everyone will be back. Since we haven't visited in a while maybe we can do lunch some time real soon now that things are settling down a bit. Melissa
