Yes, Yes, that is it. 23, today. I like that. I am having a great day so far. My friend at work brought me some birthday breakfast consisting of all the things I need. Protein, protein, and more protein. We had bacon/cheese omelets at the office this morning instead of cake. Isn't that funny? Sweet, though. They try really hard to keep me on my plan. Good friends. Dang, I missed a duet by you and Tammy LOL. I would have listened to the whole tune even if it did sound like cats fighting LOL. I will hold Christine to that dinner even though she did send me the prettiest bouquet of flowers and balloons just a few minutes ago. The balloons match the colors in the flowers.
