Yeah it is amazing how some animals survive the worst things and come back to home. I read about a dog that had disapeared on the night before the hurricane and noone had seen till a few days ago and he walked up in the yard and sat down like he had been there all along. Makes ya wonder dont it. Are we having our meeting monday do you know and if so where and what time???? Glad to see you on the board. Barry

I saw that on the news last night. It is amazing how animals act. Who would have ever thought they would hang around in that area with the world now being wide open to them. Just goes to show that the trainers loved them & took great care of them. And to think that some people think that animals are just dumb things. I guess the dolphins proved them wrong huh ?

That is such a great story. There are alot of articles about the pets that have been rescued and reunited with owners in Houston also. I am glad to see that they are rescuing pets. They are like our kids also. I would be heartbroken if I had to evacuate and was unable to bring my pets with me. I might have to just stay just to keep them safe. Very touching story, Stephanie
