8 MONTH & 2 DAY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!

So guess what I did...... I went and weighed this morning.....so drum roll please................. - 14.6 lbs in the last month for a grand total 186.6 lbs!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!! .....signed the incredible shrinking Queen

I've missed you to. My mother has been sick since March and you know what type of work I do. But I'm holding on, lost 25 lbs since May. Trying to get together a good diet history. Debra D
