A Recommendation

I am not being paid for this!!!! I would like to recommend that you order Susan Maria Leach's book Before & After, If you are going to have surgery soon or have just had surgery. It has so many hints and tips in it to deal with surgery, plus some nice recipes for those from shakes onward. She also tells her own story, and I found a lot of tips in the book that were helpful for me! You can order it from Amazon at a discount or from bariatariceating.com . I ordered several other books too, but they were not as useful mostly just the same stuff written by doctors or recipes which are not useful at first. I also bought the Splenda book at Wal-Mart. It has great recipes for lots of things especially breakfast foods, sauces, and desserts all with Splenda. Hope that this helps some of you newbys!!!! Cheryl
