B- strawberris sweetened with Splenda S- Power Crunch Bar L- Salad - lettuce, onion, carrots, cheese, ham (did not stay with me) D- Spaghetti with meat sauce S- Peach sweetened with splenda No exercise, son had guitar lesson and it stormed so I went to work with my husband and got some important stuff done so that he is ready for his inspection so that he can go on our cruise. The Air Force..... Ugghhh!!! Rhonda

B~protein shake S~1oz beef jerkey L~2oz chicken on salad greens and 2 cherry tomotoes w/h balsamic vingrette S~3 pieces sugar free chocolate BAD BAD BAD D~protein shake S~necterine I drank about 60 oz of water and took my vits, went shopping in heels again for exercise!! dawn

B-CIB fat free milk S-none L-3oz fish S-n D-2oz roast and 1/2 potato and carrot I walked 2 miles and am down 29 pounds. Still a long way to go. Need to get in more protein but got that covered gonna order a new shake.

B-Oatmeal with peaches and cream -too sweet ate 1/2 of the packet. S-peanut butter and cheese crackers (bad, bad) L-Beef and Cheese pot pie (ate too much of it, wasnt paying attention and almost got sick! S-protein bar D-2 bites of sauted fish, 2 spoons rice-a-roni, 2 green beans and 1 eggroll homemade. I was dog-tired after teaching all day. I think I need more B-12 so am gonna ask the doctor if she can give me an injection.
