I know that does not count but it sure felt like exercise. I need some of y'all to help get me pumped up. I have been a little down and out lately. I do not know why because everything is going great.

Hey Purkel!
B: don't laugh - salad with ham, lettuce, tomato, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, a couple of croutons, and ranch dressing - what can I say? I had a craving....
L: 1 Bumblebee chicken salad and crackers snack pack....it came back up, tho.....
S: 1/2 cup homemade chilli and about 4 crackers
S: 1 pear and a cup of cheddar popcorn
Breakfast - 2 soft boiled eggs
Snack- 1/2 of bun from yesterday
Lunch-Bowl of instant soup, watermelon 4 pieces
Snack-4 potato chips
Dinner-chinese food
Still feeling beat from school, and it is sooo hot and raining that I just havent done anything yet about exercise although I do a lot of walking and climbing steps at school. I guess I am having one of my episodes with arthritis cause I am sooo stiff so started taking Celebrex again, even tho the doctor said no pills for 6 months. The capsule is small and I drink tons of water with it...... so far so good.......
B- One fresh peach cut up with splenda (not good peaches)
S- Watermelon
L- 1/4 of a beef & cheese quesadilla (Mexican Rest.)
S- 1/2 SB Cinnamon Creme Protein Bar
D- 1 egg omelet with ham and cheese
Exercise - Rode bike two miles (no accidents today? Thank Goodness, I am still sore from Monday.

D~ OMG i ate nearly a whloe can of tuna with 2 teaspoons of mayo and 4 green olives in it.I was meseriable after this i wasnt paying attetion to what i was doing an i look down a nd it was all most all gone!!!! Does this mean that i have streched my pouch?
i drank 60 oz of water today and walked 21/2 to 3 miles with Sara we forgot to count our laps, tooooo busy gabbing, as usual! HEHE dawn
