I am feeling really good! Have a few twinges now and again but otherwise doing great. Doctors appt is tomorrow. Thank heavens,,,hopefully some new food choices. Wish I could get outside and walk more but this heat has stopped me. Getting ready to go to Walmart and look around. I AM BORED. How are u??? Judy

Judy, I have been keeping up with you while you were in the hospital. I am glad you are doing good. Please do what ever Dr. King says so that you will continue doing well. I go tomorrow. I am really dreading it. I hate needles and such, but in another breath I can't wait for a way to help me control this hell I have built for myself. Good luck, Regina
