What did you eat today????

Ok, Ok, I will start it, cause I have been a snack fiend lately!!!!! Breakfast one soft boiled egg (now it gets really bad cause I went to the grocery before I went to work) Snack- Freshly baked roll (bad bad Cheryl!!!!) 1/4 of black sesame mini mooncake! Lunch- Shashimi (raw Salmon) 3 pieces (wonderful) Half a chicken and veggie sandwich, 4 cubes of watermelon. Snack Passed the chinese bakery, and the devil made me buy two thousand layer cookies. They were 2 for 50 cents. I ate one like a ravenous wolf and felt sooo sick after but didnt dump since they didnt have much sugar! They were full of fat however! Dinner Tiny bit of pasta with meat sauce and spoonful of green beans, then I felt totally ill so I went to bed I worked a full day yesterday, including preprep for moving my office, then went to the hospital to visit a friend in intensive care. I then drove to town to change my cell phone service over to another company, which made me pass by the bakery, and you know the rest of the story......... Not doing that again!!!! On a lighter note..... I now weigh 203 down from 235 at the beginning before surgery, my 20's are beginning to get loose, but the 18's are tight in the waist.......

B-advant s-beef broth l-advant s-favored water b-advant s-slimfast I go in for surgery this Wednesday. I've lost 23 pounds and actually feel like I could eat that tonight,but won't Love Regina

In an effort to kick-start some weight loss and break some bad habits, I have reverted to protein shakes 2-3 times a day, lots of water and a meal of iron-loaded red meat and veggies for dinner. So far, so good. Of course, this is day one! 7:00 Protein shake 11:00 Protein shake 7:00 small sirloin steak (pan seared in a black iron skillet) one cup of steamed broccoli 9:30 Probably another shake My iron doesn't feel like it has improved but I won't know until I draw blood next week. My hair is still falling out, even worse than just after WLS. I guess it's a blessing I have so much of it! Wish me luck, Elesha

No breakfast. L one small lunchable (chicken, cheese and crackers, Aunt Jeanette ate my twix) S: ALMOST 1/2 of a ham and tomato sandwich and two bites of chicken noodle soup S: 1 really delicious pear that Aunt Jeanette got from a friend's tree that is overloaded. (Jim and Em had one bite a piece out of my pear.) S: double hand full of those cheddar bake puffy popcorn thingies - not buying anymore of them!!
