I have to get rid of these things before May. If anyone knows how, please bring it on. Really don't want to think about surgery again, if at all possible.
My doctor said "TIME" will help more than anything. I, myself, have started doing hand weights and the arm machines at the gym, I don't know yet if it is helping or not. Only Time will tell.
