Good... I like my count I am ready to go now !!! It wouldn't bother me if they called & said be there in the morning. Not that I'm excited or anything And you know that I'm not counting the days either Did you buy that ? Did I sound believeable ? I'm really trying here !!! I've tried some of the protein drinks. They really are not all that bad. Now, if I was super sick at my stomach they might would bother me. Then again when I am sick at my stomach, nothing is good. But so far, I'm not having any issues with them. Really it doesn't matter if I like them or not I guess. Protein is something that I'm gonna have to have plenty of. So why fight it. I might as well like it. And Thankfully so far, they are OK. (whew) Now lets just hope that my taste will still let me handle them after surgery. Cause I really do not want to be bald. I'd have to buy a wig !!! Tammy

Tammy, Did you try the protein bars yet? Wondering if you liked them. I went back to that store and she had 4 more boxes so I bought them too. If you liked those carnation instant breakfasts - she has them by the 6 pack there for 2 for $1.00... I did not like them but if you did I will go pick them up for you and get them to you. She also had the powdered kind. Hope you are doing well... Christine (114 pounds lighter) 266/152 ---- (I had been stuck at 153 and fluctuating back and forth from 153 to 155 for almost 2 mos--rode my bike yesterday 8 miles got up this morning and it was 152. I am going riding again today..hehe)

I have not tried the bars yet. I'm a Bad Girl.... I know. However, I'm sure that I will like them. Now listen, your fixing to think that I'm crazy.... I love CIB !!! Strange I know. I finally tried the SB cinnamon creme bar. It is really good! It is a good breakfast bar! Thanks for telling me about them. What other flavors do they have? The commissary has a lot of them so if you ever need them and can't find them, let me know and I will pick them up for you! I don't know how much they were a box, I will try to remember to look. I bought just that one bar and it was $1.15 or something like that. But I am sure the box is not too bad. Plus there is no tax added. Plan your trip down here SOON!! Maybe in September.. Please!!

I like the cranberry almond, peanut butter, and the cinnamon raisen. For a box here it is usually almost $4.00. So I hit the mother load when I found them for .50 cents a box. Nothing was wrong with the bars - the boxes were raggy but the bars are fine. I dont eat the box anyway. I will plan a trip soon. I was actually down there Friday before Melissa got there. I had been gambling. Sad Sad Sad... I passed her on my way home as she was on her way down. It was a spur of the moment thing and I had to get back home like I had been at work all day... hehehe...
