Yep.
If you are not getting enough fuel
Your body responds to this by
Hanging on to every ounce of stored energy (fat)
That it possibly can.
Your metabolism will slow down
And the weight loss will stall for a while.
Give the body enough protein
And it will jump your metabolism on up
And you'll start losing again.
This is referred to as "Hibernation Syndrome"
And happens to folks not getting enough protein
In their Diet. I'm sure there is something about it
In the "library" section of AMOS.
Jump up the protein and water intake and the
"Engine" starts back up.
