Eat? Exercise? 8-17-05
B- Power Crunch Protein Bar
S- Spicy Pork Rinds
L- Chicken Bugolgi (Korean food) with about 2 tbsp white rice
D- Taco Salad from Taco Bell (only ate about 3/4 cup of it, if that much)
S- Peach
Drank a lot of fluids, but probably not enough!
For exercise: I walked 8 laps around my circle and then JOGGED one. I can't believe that I jogged.... My husband was shocked!! He was with me all the way.. I am proud of myself!

Here is todays meal update.....
Breakfast-one scrambled egg This didnt agree today with me!
Snack-two SF oatmeal cookies, carton of juice (no sugar added)
Lunch-Three bites of leftover Cantolloni from day before yesterday
two cubes of Brie cheese and two ultra thin crackers.
Snack-3 SF cookies (I dont know what got into me, but I was hungry!)
Supper- Bowl of Chinese soup, clear with winter melon, stewed chicken, two small pieces, one teaspoon of rice.
Snack- small bowl of watermelon
Didnt do much today, but have to start walking soon!
