Well, I am out 7 wks today. I've gone from 234 to 200 and for the last week or more...0...Nothing. What in tarnation is going on? I have been back at work for a week now and I work outside on my feet all day, today at lunch I made it around sammie davidson complex twice ( 1) mile. I will increase it tomorrow, but I'm certainly not overeating. Am I done? Is this it? Somebody please give me a pep talk, or a butt kick or something!!!!!!!!! And thank God marci is doing fine, I have been thinking of her today. Love you all. Brenda

NO you are not done! 34 lbs in 7 weeks is great! You are on your first plateau, no big deal , it might seem like the end of the world, just keep getting in that protein and exercise and WATER and it will come off! I PROMISE I have been there where you are MANY MANY times and thought ok I'm done , I'm broke , I'm doing something wrong, its none of those things, its your body trying to adjust! So stop worrying and relax ! This time next year you will pass a mirror and not even reconize yourself! DAWN~~

Hey girl! I went through those blasted plateaus too! I hate them suckers! This last one seemed to go on for three weeks, then bam, just like that I lost 7 pounds at one time. I think I was snacking to much at night. I wasnt' snacking all the time, but I guess it was enough to hinder my weight loss. I stopped eating after supper and the weight started coming off again. Hope this helps. Crystal
