Got a surgery date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

He was so nice and cute, but he's also very professional and a good surgeon from what I found out in my research. My husband asked a lot of questions but was pleased with him and his answers. ANYWAY he's taking me for a patient and surgery is laproscopic on Sept 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were planning on the end of September but I made a face

and he said jokingly "Do you want it tomorrow?" I said "Yes!!!!!!" to which he replied "Sorry but I don't do surgery tomorrow" They then looked at the schedule and found out Sept 6 had a cancelation(don't know why) and they put me in there. Ladies before you get upset ,I did a lot of the paperwork,obtained needed charts, lab work , progress notes and sleep study results and I also have a great Insurance. So don't hate me.

There was a previous WLS pt there with a friend of hers. She talked to us about some of the pitfalls she faced and was very encouraging.

Girl Don't I Know !!! My surgery date is Sept 26th. My feet are off the ground too, and that's OK. Now if I could just get my emotions NOT to be all over the place.

Girl I can imagine. Just these last 2 days I've been on a roller coaster.

If I could get these things to jump at different times you could see what I mean

Thanks Sonya and Stephanie, I guess the good LORD knew I'd probably chicken out if it took longer.:-0 One of my best friends in high school was named Stephanie. But that was long ago and far-far away.
