Exercise and Food Intake (8-16-05)
Hey Everybody!!!!
I wish I could see all of you at Chesterfield's but I am going out of town. I will be on my way to Gulf Shores with 55 friends to shop at Foley, AL.
Well today I ate:
B-grits
s-1/2 protein bar
L-protein drink
s-1 oz. peanuts
D-broiled salmon
s- peanut butter
Popcicle
I drank around 40 oz. of fluids. I walked two miles.

We had some major stuff go on at my office today so my stomach was on edge really bad. I stayed in the restroom most of the day.
B 1/2 pkt oatmeal (couldn't eat due to nerves)
S a few pretzels with some peanut butter
L part of a bacon/cheese omelet
S 1 wedge lite lauging cow cheese
1/2 sving sf choc
D 3 tortilla chips dipped in salsa
part of a chicken taco salad
S sf moolenium crunch icecream in a sm cone; didn't eat all of cone
1 tbs peanut butter
Exercise: Put in 20 minutes of good dancing music and danced my stress away and worked up a good sweat; that was fun

Yesterday was a VERY hungry day for me....I dunno what was up but I was starving from the get-go....
B: 1 slice peanut butter toast topped with banana (45 cal wheat bread)
L: 1 small cheesey baked potato - shared with Polly
D: 1/2 very small chicken breast, girlled, on lettuce, tomato, cucucumber, onion,and cheese with a few croutons, sunflower seeds and ranch and blue cheese dressing mixed (Believe it or not, Polly ate about 1/2 of my salad!!!! She eats what I eat!)
Snacks: 1/2 large peach, 1 stick cheddar cheese, 2 crackers, 2 sugar-free cookies (Thank God the kids finished these off - I won't buy more!!!), and a handful of Puffed Corn (baked).
I snacked ALL day just about!

Drank about 50 oz of water. I did not eat because I was sick on Monday night and did not sleep well, so I slept until about 12:30. I feel better now though other than my muscles are so sore from salsa aerobics that I can barely move.
No exercise today...

7:15 B: 1 bite of Emilys toast with grape jelly, 1 bite of roast, 1 tea cake cookie
10:00 S: Single bag of popcorn (no butter)
12:00 L: Egg and bacon omelet
3:00 S: Rest of Egg and bacon omelet
5:30 S: SB Cranberry Almond Protein bar (found them for .50 a box -bought 14 boxes)
8:00 D: Roast and steamed veggies
9:00 S: Rice Pudding (Barforama -not nearly as good as pawpaw used to make)

Breakfast-Two silver dollar size pancakes and a tiny bit of SF syrup

Lunch- Creamed minced beef 2oz and creamed potato 2oz
Snack-2 sf Oatmeal cookies
Dinner-1/2 of porkchop, pounded and tenderized, 1 tablespoon of chinese veggie (I chewed it well) 1 teaspoon rice, 4 or 5 chunks of watermelon, yum
Snack-1 SF cookie
Climbed stairs a bunch of times, packed up my office for a move to a new location, went to the grocery twice, then a 4 hour nap when I got home.
It is going to storm today, weather is so bad and grey. Cannot work cause they havent gotten my desk that they ordered, so, just waiting and twittleing my thumbs. Kids come next week........
