Bama Bash III

Ok guys! HERE IS THE LOCKED DOWN DATE!! Saturday, October 1, 2005 from 10:00 A. M. UNTIL!! I've had some interest and people asking about another BAMA BASH and this time we are going to do it in a "SOUTHERN" central location. It will be here in Luverne. I know, I know! Lil' rinky dink Luverne, but we've talked and it'd be a good place for us to get together. It's central enough that everyone can make it. We have the facility and all that is asked is we respect the facility and maybe a love offering. If you want to make a donation or love offering to the church, please DO NOT SEND IT TO ME!! E-mail me and I'll give you the church address, or you can just do it the day of the Bash. Either one is fine. The Bash III will be held in the Family Life Center of the church my family and I attend. ( I promise no sermons!!) We have a FULL kitchen and it is AIR CONDITIONED!! There will be basketball, volleyball, and inline skates for the kiddies. BRING YOUR OWN SKATES!! Adults can join in too or just sit, talk, and enjoy each other. You are aksed to bring FOOD, WLS friendly and NOT WLS friendly, and what ever DRINKS you and your family or guest would like. You can always bring more food if you like. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BRING TABLES OR CHAIRS!! WE WILL FURNISH THOSE! Unless you want a more comfortable chair. These are folding metal chairs. Joie and I will furnish all plates, napkins, cups, and forks. There will be singing for those who are interested. Just bring your soundtracks (christian only to respect the facility and Pastor's wishes). A Piano will be there and also a sound system. If you play guitar, you are more than welcome to bring it and play Christain music. EVERYONE IS INVITED!! We are LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AWAY. If you plan to attend, please e mail me or RSVP ASAP so I can get and keep an accurate head count. Thanks and Love to ALL!! Randall Directions from the north: Take 65 south to Montgomery. You will see the exit to Hwy 331. At that exit will be a T/A Truck stop. Off the exit ramp, take a left (at that light) Stay in your right hand lane. You will go past several fast food resturants, gas stations, and cross a bridge. The second light after the bridge is Hwy. 331. Take that right. Go approximately 45 miles and you will come inot Luverne. After you get into town you will see all the houses on hwy 331. Then you will see the Nursing Home on your left. Take that street right by the nursing home. Woodford Ave. You will pass the Church of Christ (on the left) follow that street around the sharp curve. The church is just past the curve on your left. From the South: 65 North to Greenville. Get off at the 2nd Greenville exit. Take Hwy 10 to the stop sign. Take a right. Going in to Luverne you will see the houses and then a nursing home on your left. Take the street just past the nursing home. Woodford ave. to the left. You will pass the Church of Christ on your left. Go around the sharp curve, Church is on your left across from the apts. From Dothan area: 231 to Troy. Take the hwy 29 exit. At the end of the ramp, take a left. Follow 29 in to Luverne. Go through the red light and take Woodford Ave. to your right. Just before the nursing home. Go Past the Church of Christ on you left, around the sharp curve and the church is on your left across from the apts.

So we Mississippi-ers can crash this shindig???? We will let you crash ours on Oct 29 at Roosevelt State Park in Morton, MS. Get on I-20 until you see the "this is the exit for Roosevelt State Park" and get off and come in! We will see if we can't do a road trip from MS over to AL.
