L - 1 oz tuna on tomato slices and 1 wedge Lite Laughing Cow Cheese
S - LF Ritz cracker w/1 T. PB
D - 1 oz roast w/tomato and wedge of Lite LC Cheese (too tough - won't do that again!!)
Isopure and lots of water
B- Banana
S- Power Crunch Bar
L- Salad with Ranch Dressing
S- Peanut Butter
D- Hamburger Patty with onion,mayo, ket on top with five french fries
Not to bad of a day, but not the best I have ever had either.
