What did you eat today 8/15/05
B low sugar oatmeal fortified with extra protein - really yummy and filling
S Low fat popcorn
L 2 oz chicken breast topped with red fat swiss cheese
1/2 c. broccoli casserole
S 1/2 serving sf m&m type candy made by Russell Stover
1 lite laughing cow cheese wedge
D Bacon/Cheese Omelet 3 pcs bacon, cheese, and ate approximately one of the two eggs in the omelet
S 1/2 banana with 1 tbs peanut butter

The oatmeal is by Quaker and it was cinnamon flavor. Regular oatmeal only has around 2 to 3 grams of protein per serving. This new weight control low sugar has 7 grams of protein per packet. I bought mine at Walmart but Winn Dixie or Corner Market have more to choose from at least here anyway.

Bad girl....fun day....oh, well....
B: 1 glass of skim (0%) milk
L: 1/2 of a chicken sandwich from Arby's (euuuu, don't try it - it was nasty, but I was in a tight!)
S: Small cheesey baked potato shared with Polly
Snacks thru-out the day: about 6 sugar free cookies (120 cals per 3!!!!! Bad, bad girl) and a handful of baked corn puffs
Ok here goes....
Breakfast-Protein shake with 1 1/2 scoops of powder- 30 grams Protein
Snack- 4 saltine crackers plain
Lunch-We went out to eat from school
1/2 Cantelloni stuffed with Maticotti cheese and minced beef
1 ounce of soup
1/2 piece of bread with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar
Snack-2 Murray's sugar free Pecan Shortbread (Yummy)
Dinner-Creamed beef (SOS to military people) mashed potato
Snack- 1 SF cookie
And of course, calcium, vitamins, previcid, and B-12.........
We spent most of the day in meetings, so my butt got the exercise!!!

I brought my Bubba mug to work and got most of my fluids in today!
I didn't do too good due to being a school alot
longer than I thought.

d-3oz italian chicken,1 tbsp mac & cheese, 1/2 tbsp turnip greens.
S-3 sf chocolate chip cookies, these are good they are ready to bake
by pillsbury really really good.
