I am on pre-op B-slim fast s-soup,clear L-slim fast s-clear soup D-slimfast 64oz water exercise-walk 15 minutes on treadmill, leg extensions, breathing exercises.Getting ready for surgery. What about the rest of ya? It helps me to see what I will be eating. Love Regina I dance when know one is home and I have the house to myself. Shhhhhh It's a secret.

Yesterday (oh I am getting old, but will try my best) B: Scrambled eggs S: Peanut Butter and Celery (celery is a big NO-NO by the way) L: Bag of lays bbq chips (small 1 ounce bag) S: Apple D: Pork chop, corn, and pasta salad I was busy rearranging my bedroom and cleaning my house. Yhea whats wrong with celery, i eat it all the time? B~nothing L~1/2 cup of hot and sour soup , inside of a eggroll and inside of a crab ragoon, and 3 shrimp and couple bites of lo main . D~proten shake S~s/f jello with 0 carb whip cream S~slice of deli turkey I drank about 60 oz of water and cleaned house and went shopping for exercise!LOL dawn

I only eat it rarely but it was a big no no on my list. Its very stringy and very hard to digest. The strings ball up and have a hard time going thru the stoma. Thats what I have heard. I do eat it on occasion though.

Let's see. B 1 egg with ham and cheese S part of a pop tart L 1.5 sm pc pizza 1/4 c. salad 1/4 cinn stick bite of apple pizza By the way, I got sick and I don't do too well with bread. Hello Everyone, B-1/2 protein shake and 1/2 protein bar s-none L-spaghetti sauce and meat 2oz. s-protein bar D-mash potatoes 3oz. s-protein shake Exercise: Cleaned out all the closets. Breakfast-1 and 1/2 soft scrambled egg, 1/4 cup hot tea with splenda Snack-none since my car would not crank and had a flat tire, was late on the first day back at work Lunch-provided by the school Awful!!!! 1 spoon of spaghetti casserole 1 spoon of chicken noodle casserole 2 thin slices of mango, 1 slice of kiwi fruit water to drink snack-none since I am still jet lagged, went to bed supper-1 ounce of steamed fish, 1 spoonful of squash casserole, 1 spoonfull of sf chocolate pudding did not get in all the fluids, so will try harder tomorrow. I was so beat just getting to school, exercise was not in my vocab. today. Will try harder tomorrow!
