B-1/4 cup grits
s-protein bar
L-1/2 cup Tortelini Soup from McAlister's
s-watermelon (got sick)
D-3 oz. of Beef and Chicken
s- sf/ff vanilla pudding
60 oz. of water
Joy and I walked three miles in the rain! That is dedication!

Good Morning Sonya and everyone,
Yesterday...
7:00am- coffee/sirloin steak
3:00pm-handful of peanuts
4:00pm-leftover sirloin
6:00-3-4 tortilla chips with bean/sour cream/cheese dip
6:30-1 piece of fried fish/1 fried chicken tender/lettuce/tomatoes/dressing
1/2 cup of ice cream
Exercise- worked 6 hrs yesterday so walking the halls chasing paperwork and patients should count!
Meds were fine, water was a little low @ 40-50 oz
