I don't eat very much. My pouch was made extremely small - 1 ounce where most folks' pouch is about 2 or 3. Plus I got the maximum amount of intestines bypassed. As my dear sweet Dr. Jenkins (the love of my life) said, "Girl, we gonna make you lose SOME weight." I have been very lazy about posting my what I eat on the "what did you eat today" posts just cause I don't really think about what I eat alot....Which can be good or bad!!!! But here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 Package instant grits with 1 ounce of shredded parmesean cheese and co-jack cheese (1 ounce of cheese total)
Lunch: I bought a cobb salad at Walmart ($3.88) and ate 1 cube of the chicken in it (it was ), but I prolly ate about 1/2 to 1 cup of the salad and it had cheese, onions,egg, lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, croutons and sunflower seeds (I added the sunflower seeds and croutons) I used lite bleu cheese dressing mixed with REAL ranch dressing
Supper: More of the same as lunch (And I have two or three more meals left in that durn salad!!!!) Plus I had about 4 bites of Walmart rotissarie chicken.....
Snacks all during the day: 1/2 LARGE peach, some Friday's mozzeralla cheese sticks (from the checkout at Walmart)- prolly 1 serving total (I snacked twice on them), and a little packet of dinosaur cheese - it's the little snacks for kids in the shape of dinosaurs and it's white American cheese, I think.
The snacking was a little heavier than normal, but as you can tell I spent a good bit of time in Walmart yesterday! My Sissie was visiting and I didn't cook anything but breakfast yesterday.
PLUS, dearest Flame, you've got to remember that I started out EXTREMELY fluffy and the Fluffier you are, the faster you lose at first.....
But I know you will do great at this.....
