Exercise and Food Intake (8-11-05)
Hey Everyone,
I walked two miles with Joy. I had to take my children home before I could go back and walk the last mile.
B-egg
s-none
L-protein drink
s-sf/ff pudding
D-tuna fish with a little BBQ sauce, mustard and mayo
s- popcicle
I did not get enough fluids today. I will try to do better tomorrow.

Hi All,
The kids are back in school and I need to focus on my eating. It seems I forget to eat now that they aren't home reminding me with "Mom, can I have a _____". I'm also out and about more which takes my mind off eating. Hopefully this will be a good thing.
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: Shrimp salad (Chesterfield's)/1/4 of a stale croisannt
Snack: Peanut butter pretzels/coffee
Dinner: small sirloin steak and 1/2 cup SF ice cream
Logan and I started tennis lessons tonight. I am whooped! Two hours of tennis has sucked to life right out of me! Hopefully, a habit of tennis will help suck off the lbs too!

I did 25 minutes of step aerobics and the 8 minute power taebo tape.
B 1/4 biscuit with 3/4 of egg and cheese
S 1/2 serving pretzels and 1 tbs peanut butter
L Turkey sandwich on lite bread
S protein bar
D homemade chicken pot pie 3/4 c.
Dessert Homemade Blueberry cheesecake made with my mom's sf homemade blueberry pie filling (she loves me and knows I love blueberries so she made homemade blueberry pie filling for me to use in all my recipes)
I had two little pieces over the course of the evening. I am PMSing and very stressed at work this week. Everything that could go wrong has.
Maybe the exercise counter acted that 2nd piece LOL.

I did not post yesterday. You should have screamed at me or something. I did not post because I had completed very little exersice. that is no excuse. So if I do not post, please make me be accountable.

L~grilled chicken salad from mcdonalds with ranch i ate most all of the chicken and few bites of salad, babies ate the rest!
S~2 peices of s/f english toffee-BAD i know!
D~1/2 cup homemade chicken and sausuage gumbo with a little rice on top and 2 saltine crackers
S~6wheat thin crackers w/h cream cheese and salsa
I took im vits and drank about 60 oz water. Exercise none except for chasing the twins and cleaning and shopping at walmart, cooking , and then chasing 3 2 yr olds LOL ! I know i got to start fitting in some real exercise i just cant find the time! DAWN
I started to walk another mile but I didn't I didn't know you were coming back! I would have waited!!
Just kidding. It was nice though to go home a little earlier and chill.
BUT DON'T EVER LET ME DO IT AGAIN!! Be my drill sargent (spelling?)
I did go home and eat something else . (Can't do that again!) The kids and John were just eating supper so I ate some fibre cereal and a little later ate chips (BAD BAD BAD!!!)
I'm trying to do better today!
So far I have had a SB protein bar (B)
And I REALLY REALLY want a diet coke!!! I'm going to try and not give in to the temptation!
