What did you eat 8/9/05? Exercise?
Hello All,
I did pretty good on my diet today. I did not have much time to think about food.
B- 1/2 Protein Bar
s- 1/2 Protein Bar
L- Body for Life Choc. Protein Drink
s- 1teaspoon peanut butter
D- 3 oz. grilled chicken breast
s- 1/2 cup Breyers Light Yogurt (strawberry cheescake)
We walked three miles in one hour and ten minutes!!!
