Hey everyone! Did you do good today? Great!!! Did you do bad? Beatings will begin at 9:30 p.m. We all need to post on those good and bad days! Accountability + Determination= Skinny little behinds!!!! B- egg and decaf. coffee s- South Beach Cinnamon Creme Protein Bar L- Medium Banana s- 2TBS Peanut Butter D- 3oz. Turkey s- popcicle and liquid protein 890 calories 64 protein Exercise: Joy and I walked 3 miles. We are starting to walk at a little faster pace. Sonya Sumrall

You're keepin' me accountable girl! B: 1/4C Fibre One Cereal 1/4 C milk 1/4 banana S: protein bar L: 1C Salad S: protein bar D: protein bar S: 1/4 apple 1tbs PB 2 Q water I've got to do bettery w/my calorie count (I'm going to the site you suggested) I didn't eat anything else tonight!!! Guess what?!! I'm down another 2 lbs (at night!!) 11 lbs total in the past two/three weeks!!! I'm so excited!! I can't wait until I weigh in the morning! (It's usually less in the morning than it is at night) Thanks for bein' my bud! JY

6:40 B: 1/2 cup scrambled eggs and peice of toast 10:30 S: 2 SB cookies 1:30 L: Mahi Mahi and brocolli w/tarter sauce 4:30 S: Cookie 6:30 S: celery and peanut butter 7:30 D: 3 Oz Ribeye, 2 Oz blackeye peas, and some beets Plus I had 2 protein shakes thru the day.

B~protein shake B~still hungrey after shake 2 bites of scramble eggs and 1 tiny piece of bacon 1/2 toast L~1 grilled chicken tenderloin 1/4 cup salad w/h balsamic vingergrette S~5 wheat thins w/h cream cheese and salsa D~1/4 cup red beans 1 tbs rice and 2in piece of sausage i was very full after this so maybe my pouch aint broke yet! I drank about 40 oz of water and tea-not enough i know! I rode my trainer for about 30 minutes thats all i could do i almost passed out!! DAWN

B ff waffle topped with egg and cheese S lite laughing cow cheese wedge with wheat thins L grilled mahi mahi with steamed broccoli and tartar sauce S sf choc. candy D 3 oz grilled chicken breast (almost ate it all but got full) 1/2 c. broccoli with one tomato slice S 1 sm biscuit with sf syrup Munchies later 1/4 c sf ice cream with 1/4 banana; that did the trick Exercise: 1.5 hour gym workout including cardio and weights Melissa

Breakfast-Protein shake Snack-1 bite of protein bar Lunch-Crawfish Etoufee (frozen Tony Chachere's) Ate about half the bowl Snack-1 sugar free juice pop, 2 crackers Supper-inside of a hot pocket (onehalf) ham and cheese 2 mozzerella cheese bites and 2 small pieces of tomato I dont know how many calories this is..... Exercise-picked up around the house, washed 5 loads of clothes and changed the king size bed. I was soooo pooped!!!! Cheryl
