I pretty much eat anything that I want. I do stay away from fried foods as my tummy does not like them very well. Every person handles food differently than others may. You just need to try things that you like and see how it feels. Just try to make healthy choices. Best of luck.

At this point i can eat ANYTHING And everything and a LOT of it! I try to make my choices healthy ones and stay away from fried and sugary and bad carbs! BUT IF i get a craving for something that i cant get rid of i have what every it is im wanting in a small amout( or try to) and get over it ! hes what i eat on the week days!
breakfast chioces for me are ~ light yogart with grapenuts mixed in, ezekeil bread toasted with peanut butter or a a protein shake
lunches~ lean cuisine, tuna on a salad , or chicken breast on a salad. or chicken and veggis stir fry!
dinners are pretty much the same as lunches except i might have a grilled steak , fish or shrimp and stemed or grilled veggie or a salad
snacks ~ pria bars( i love them they do have some sugar so they might make ya dump, i dont they taste like a candy bar but only have 110cals) or i have a handful of nuts , steamed soy bean pods, or any veggies and light ranch dip or a piece of fruit! Oh or my favoriate a half a whole wheat pita and hummus(Im trying to stop this one cause of the carbs in the pita bread! )
So that about sums it up for me i only eat like this monday though friday sat and sunday i might change it up a bit. If i want a treat like ice cream i have it only on the weekends now, that my rule! I only eat out on the weekends too , you never realy know the amount of cals and carbs you are getting in a resturant!
