Hey everyone!!! I hope that everyone is staying on track. We all made major changes in our bodies with surgery. Now, we need to our part. If we do not do well, we will give bariatric surgery a bad name. I would hate to know that somebody's insurance did not pay for surgery based on my unsuccessful weight loss. Let's all stay on board and help each other!!! We can do this!!! B- 1/2 Banana and decaf. coffee 105 cal. 1.2 pro. s- 1 chicken nuggett 40 cal. 3.1 protein Liquid protein 90 cal. 18 protein L- Go Lean Protein Bar (Oatmeal Raisin Cookie) 280 cal. 13 pro. s- Popcicle Peanut Butter 2TBS. 380 cal. 16 pro. D- Chicken Noodle Soup (Healthy Choice Chucky-Blended up)55 cal. 4 pro. s- Liquid Protein 90 cal. 18 pro. Totals cal. 950 pro.73 Sonya Sumrall

B: South Beach Protein Bar 210 Cal 19 pro S: 1/2 Chimchinga (prob spelled wrong) 170 Cal 7 protein L: CarbWise Protein Bar 190 Cal 19 Pro S: 1/2 serving of cashews 80 Cal 5 pro D: 1 weinner w/ half bun, 2 T tator salad 220 cal 9 Pro 870 Cal 59 Protein 60 oz of fluid so far. But still got a few hrs left before I go to bed Exercise: Nothing, but only b/c I was in the ER for 4 hrs being seen due to my back going out on me again. Can't hardly move cause of the pain and the 3 shots that I received have my drugged. I'm only hear posting cause I said that I was going to start.

Bad girl today. I did some snacking. I bought some weird potato chips at Target that the girl said were the best in the world. They aren't but I had a few anyhows....not a full serving, tho.... B: 1 glass of 1% milk S: 1/3 of a black angus salad from Quiznos (Thank God that's the end of that salad!!!!) L: 1/2 slice of cheeseburger pizza and threw it up. S: handful of pastachios and chips S: 3 slices of sourdough ****tail bread (80 calories in 3 slices), peanut butter and a banana I drank a TON!!! It doesn't sound like much, but it seems like I ate ALL day

I have a hard time remembering what I ate the day before!! (Sometimes even the same day!) I got my protein and water in and I think my calories were acceptable. (I WILL DO BETTER KEEPING UP!) I do know what I DIDN'T do (and I wanted to DESPERATELY!!) I wanted a Diet coke and/or regular coke or something sweet BUT I DIDN'T get it. I got a frozen strawberry bar and water instead! Yesterday afternoon was STRESSFULL!!! We got out of church at 12:15 had to be at the football field at 1:00 to get my 8 yr old fitted for football (we weren't able to have lunch before) and we were there till well after 2:00. We went home and had lunch and then I went to the mall (3 different stores) b/f we found some tennis shoes and then we went to Wal-Mart (OMG It was awful!!). It was 7:30 b/f we got home. So all together I was walking around and standing for 4 hours. Does that count as excersize? I hope so, cause I was too POOPED to do anything else! JY
